Tenuta Castione is arranged over two main floors, with additional independent suites set within the garden. The layout offers a clear balance between shared living areas and more private spaces.
Ground Floor
The ground floor forms the social heart of the villa. A large living room opens naturally into a bar area, designed for relaxed evenings together. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, connected to a dining room that comfortably hosts long meals around a large table.
On this level, a private suite offers additional independence. It includes a small living area with sofa bed and two bathrooms, creating a contained space within the larger house.
First Floor
The first floor can be reached by staircase or internal lift. A smaller sitting room leads to two bedrooms: a master bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also includes a Turkish bath and a bathtub, offering a quiet, spa-like moment within the room.
Garden Suites
Set within the garden, three additional bedrooms offer independent access and a high level of privacy. Each garden suite includes its own en-suite bathroom and feels closely connected to the surrounding outdoor spaces, while remaining comfortably self-contained.
