How you can work with Puglia Paradise
We only work with exclusive agreements to ensure the highest annual income and capital gain.
Villa owners can work with us in one of the following ways:
Win-win approach:
on every booking we take, we keep a fixed Villa Preparation Cost (VPC) and a 35% commission (net after the VPC; including VAT). VPC depends on the villa.
Minimum guaranteed rent:
we guarantee to the owner a minimum rent, plus extra owner fee for any extra rentals.
Guaranteed rent:
we pay you a fixed rent from April to October, independently of the bookings.
Standard 4+4 rental:
we rent the vila for 4+4 years, we improve it and we convert it into a VAT- registered vacation home.
Share:
we buy a share of the villa (or the company owning the villa). We improve the villa and we convert it into a VAT-registered vacation home. Then, we share profit margin with the owner.
