Villa Lemorè is arranged over three levels, each with independent access, offering a clear balance between shared living and personal space.
The upper level hosts a private apartment with a spacious living area, kitchen, and two bedrooms: a master bedroom with sea view and en-suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A third bathroom with shower serves this level.
The middle level includes a second self-contained apartment with kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom.
The lower level with a sauna and gym equipments opens directly onto the pool area, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
