Villa Cinera is composed of two separate buildings, offering a natural balance between shared living and more private spaces.
Main House
The main house is a contemporary countryside residence, designed for comfort and ease. It hosts three bedrooms: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. A third bathroom serves the remaining spaces, keeping the layout practical and relaxed.
At the centre of the house, an open-plan living area brings together the kitchen and sitting room. This space opens directly onto a shaded veranda, allowing indoor life to flow naturally outdoors throughout the day.
Traditional Trullo
Set slightly apart, the trullo represents the historic heart of the property. It hosts a double bedroom and a small lounge area, with a bathroom featuring a shower. This space feels intimate and self-contained, offering a quieter retreat within the estate.
Across the property, outdoor areas are designed for unhurried living. The swimming pool is set within the garden and surrounded by open space, while a large veranda, barbecue area, and relaxed seating support long meals and quiet evenings outdoors.
