Masseria Borgopietra is arranged over three levels, offering a clear balance between communal areas and more private spaces.
On the ground floor, the heart of the house opens into generous living and dining areas, designed for spending time together. The kitchen connects easily to both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, encouraging a relaxed flow throughout the day. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also located on this level.
The first floor hosts three additional double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of these rooms open onto private terraces, offering quiet outdoor spaces overlooking the surrounding countryside.
The lower ground floor includes a relaxed TV room, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a laundry room. This level works well as a more informal area, particularly for younger guests or quieter evenings.
