Originally dating back to the 1950s, the casale has been carefully restored by local artisans. Stone vaults, traditional tiles, and clean, restrained interiors create spaces that feel both rooted and contemporary. Comfort is present throughout, quietly integrated to support well-being in every season.

The spaces
Casale La Cocca is composed of a beautifully restored main house and three independent guest suites, offering a thoughtful balance between shared living and personal space.
Main House
The main house forms the heart of the property. Inside, two master bedrooms each offer their own en-suite bathroom, designed as calm and comfortable spaces for rest. The living room opens toward the pool and garden and is arranged for relaxed time together, while the dining area and fully equipped kitchen support everyday living with ease.
Just outside, a second fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a barbecue area and a service space with an additional refrigerator and laundry facilities extend the house naturally. A guest bathroom completes this level.
Pool Suite
Located close to the pool, the Pool Suite enjoys open views of the water and surrounding garden. Large glass doors allow light to fill the space and create a direct connection with the outdoors. The suite includes an en-suite bathroom and offers a high degree of privacy, making it well suited to guests who enjoy being close to the heart of outdoor life.
Garden Suite
Set at ground level with direct access to the garden, the Garden Suite is bright and simple in its layout. Glass doors open onto the greenery, and the en-suite bathroom completes a space designed for quiet, grounded living.
First-Floor Suite
Accessed via a private external staircase, the First-Floor Suite offers a more secluded setting. The double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and opens onto a private terrace, a quiet place for early mornings or evenings under the stars.
