Each class is led by one of our local chefs, deeply connected to Apulian culinary tradition and enriched by experience gained both in Italy and beyond. The Pasta Experience

Prepare traditional Apulian pasta such as orecchiette or cavatelli, beginning with a small antipasto of local specialities. Guided patiently by the chef, you shape the dough by hand, then sit down to enjoy it with a seasonal sauce and a simple dessert.

The Pizza Experience
