An apron, a tea towel and a personalised wooden kitchen tool for each guest, to use during your stay and take home.
Puglian baking
Focaccia and taralli made by hand with a local cook, or Christmas biscuits when children join in.
Fresh pasta & dinner
Orecchiette or cavatelli shaped together, then cooked for dinner with a local Puglian wine.
Private chef dinner
A Puglian menu prepared in your villa, with local wine. This time, you simply sit down and enjoy the table.
