The layout of Casale La Cupa unfolds across four levels, offering generous spaces for gathering, quiet corners for retreat, and a natural sense of flow throughout the house.
The ground floor is the heart of the home, with a large living area, spacious dining space, and a separate kitchen designed for easy, relaxed days together.
On the underground floor, a games room creates a playful space for children and adults to challenge each other and enjoy time away from the heat.
The first floor hosts three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one twin bedroom with a private bathroom just outside the room. A second living room with a library and plenty of books offers a calm place to read and unwind.
The second floor is home to a private double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and its own terrace, creating a peaceful retreat above the rest of the house.
Outdoor Living
Outdoors, Casale La Cupa is made for slow living. A large patio with outdoor lounge, barbecue and partially equipped external kitchen invites long lunches, aperitifs and dinners under the sky.
The pool, surrounded by olive trees and open countryside, completes the feeling of a charming estate designed for nature, comfort and time together.
Within the grounds, an ancient trullo remains as an authentic deposit, intentionally left unrestored to preserve the soul of the place and honour what trulli were originally built for: simple rural function, storage, shelter, and a deep connection with the land.
