Reviving Puglia’s Olive Legacy
We are leading efforts to heal the devastation caused by Xylella fastidiosa, a bacteria which has decimated over 21 million olive trees in Puglia.
In partnership with Olivami, we’re planting 200 resilient olive trees in Salento to restore its iconic landscapes, support local farmers, and reduce our carbon footprint by absorbing approximately 50 tons of CO2 annually.
This project not only revives the environment but also strengthens community resilience and preserves the region’s cultural identity.

Offsetting Guest Emissions
Recognizing the impact of exploring Puglia — averaging 500 km per reservation — we’ve implemented measures to offset emissions by planting trees that absorb up to 20 tons of CO2 annually.
This initiative ensures our guests enjoy the beauty of Puglia guilt-free, knowing their stay contributes to a sustainable solution for the region’s environmental challenges.
