Your Collaboration Options
We understand every owner’s needs are unique. Choose from our flexible partnership models:
For every booking, we retain a fixed Villa Preparation Cost (VPC) along with a 35% commission (calculated net of the VPC). The VPC is tailored to the unique requirements of each villa.
Minimum Guaranteed Rent:
Enjoy a fixed minimum rental income, with additional earnings from extra bookings
Guaranteed Rent:
A guaranteed monthly rent from April to October, regardless of bookings
Standard Rental:
We rent the villa for a minimum of 8 years, we improve it and we convert it into a VAT- registered vacation home.
Equity:
Share the villa’s ownership and profits while we enhance its luxury and revenue potential
