Ensuring our Guests have a safe, simple and easy experience is a top priority for us. To help achieve this, we only allow payment methods that are safe, easy to use, and offer strong protections against fraud.

Therefore you can book with confidence your holiday villa with Puglia Paradise.

I/ Booking Payment

At the time of booking you are requesting to pay the booking deposit of 30% of the total price. You can pay it in one of the following ways:

  1. Bank transfer to the Puglia Paradise bank account in Italy. The booking will be held for maximum 5 days. The booking will be confirmed once the booking deposit is received.
  2. Credit Cards: the payment is managed by Stripe which ensures the highest protection of your data. If you book online, credit card details will be requested during the online booking procedure. If you book off-line, we will provide you a secure payment link upon request.
    The booking deposit with credit cards is not subject to any extra-charge
    The payment cannot be done by phone just providing credit card data as it is not safe.
  3. PayPal: The booking deposit with credit cards is not subject to any extra-charge. We can send you a PayPal SSL link you can use to make the payment using your PayPal account.

II/ Balance Payment

Four weeks before your arrival, you are requested to pay the balance. You are fee to use the same payment method of the deposit or another method. We will send you an email to remind about the balance payment. You can pay it in one of the following ways:

  1. Bank transfer to the Puglia Paradise bank account in Italy
  2. Credit Cards: the payment is managed by Stripe which ensures the highest protection of your data. If you book online, credit card details will be requested during the online booking procedure. If you book off-line, we will provide you a secure payment link upon request.
    The booking deposit with credit cards is not subject to any extra-charge.
  3. PayPal: The balance payment with Pay-Pay is subject to 3.4% extra-charge. We will send you a PayPal SSL link you can use to make the payment using your PayPal account.

III/ Extras

Extras booked before the arrival are non-refundable in the last 14 days before the arrival and need to be paid in full. The easiest way is to pay them with credit card: we will provide you a secure payment link.

Extras requested during your stay can be paid as follows:

  • with multiple credit card payments: every time we reach € 500 of extras, we will send you a new secure payment link to pay the tranche of extras. The difference will be balanced at check-out.
  • in cash up to € 2.000. We only accept payment in Euro.

If you prefer avoiding multiple credit card payments, you can ask us to pre-authorized a reasonable amount to cover the extras (e.g. € 1.000) and then we will deduct the extras from pre-authorization.

IV/ Refundable damage deposit

Before your arrival, you are requested to pre-authorize the refundable damage deposit. You can only do it by credit card: we will send you a pre-authorization secure link. In case no damages are during the final cleaning, the pre-authorization will be released the next day after your departure and you receive the money back on your credit card within 5-7 days (this is the time requested by Stripe).
