You have the freedom to cancel your reservation for one of our villas free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival, regardless of the reason. However, within the last 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total price will apply.

Regarding cancellations made within the terms of free cancellation, you can rely on us for a refund within a maximum of 10 days. In any case, we will not issue a voucher unless you personally request it.
